Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal; a small return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your unused Takeya gear in its original box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location to ensure a safe transit back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
